Man’s Fails

Heal me if I were sick
Strengthen me if I were weak
Rebuke me if I show pride
Push in my little strives
Correct me if I were wrong
Rescue me if I were to be drown
In a deep sea of mess
I needn’t any caress
But just you to care
I say this, knowing  is but rare.

Lift me up when I fall
Feast not when I am sore
In times of my lowest ebb
At liberty, you may either fret
With my sulking soul
Or still try to console
me, maybe, by your wide smile
Or take me go on a ride
With your fairy tales
Lest I be left to trail
In wonder lands or become insane
I can end up being mine bane
For my thinking much —
Peril it is to me such

Help me wipe my tears
Help me allay my fears
Though you see me act hero
When deep inside me sits a vacuum
I know myself so
By my side no lenity come.

Because I weep amidst the rain
No one sees my tears
Because I endure the prey
No one sees my fears
But if man’s soothing hands elude me
Father, to You I pray, never forsake me
